Becky Hill is the songstress with a big voice and brilliant songs. Coming to Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on 12th October 2024.

Becky Hill rose to fame in the first season of The Voice, then aired on BBC One prior to its move to ITV. Coached by Jessie J, Hill reached the semifinal of the series in 2012, and despite missing out on the final went on to become the first UK contestant to score a No.1 single when collaborating with Oliver Heldens in 2014.

Born in Worcestershire in 1994, Becky Hill first turned to music with soul and rock group Shaking Trees, flirting with mainstream radio play. Following her stint on The Voice, and alongside her solo attempts to break into the music industry, she teamed up with producer and DJ Wilkinson on the 2013 top ten single, Afterglow. The release kickstarted an early career filled with dancefloor collaborations, including subsequent releases alongside Sigala, MK, Jonas Blue and Tiësto. Teaming up with Rudimental for Powerless in 2014 saw Hill take to festival stages across the country including at Glastonbury alongside the four-piece.

Having hit the top spot with Oliver Heldens, Hill took to the studio with pop producer MNEK and released her debut solo single Caution To The Wind. Her first Losing EP followed later that year, as did a string of singles with high profile artists such as Little Simz and Matoma. Hill’s Eko EP followed in August 2017.

Get To Know

With such an extensive list of standalone singles, Becky Hill unveiled her Get To Know compilation in September 2019, comprising a 14-track selection of previously released material. She rounded off the year with the release of Only You, before returning to the singles chart with the Shift K3Y featuring Better Off Without You in 2020, and Nothing Really Matters with Tiësto. In June 2020, Hill unveiled Heaven On My Mind with previous collaborator Sigala, hinting at a possible debut full-length album slated for 2021 through Polydor Records.

In March 2021, Becky Hill announced rescheduled headline dates for September and October 2021.

In 2023, the singer announced a huge arena tour for October of the following year, including a stop at London’s OVO Arena Wembley.
