I wasn’t informed of the 2nd change in date or venue and turned up at the kings on 25th Jan ( as I had been advised in an email) the box office manager was supposed to be sorting this out and emailing me but I have received nothing from him. My tickets were originally moved from Monday to Tuesday and the seat numbers were changed . Now I have no idea where I am supposed to be sitting or what night . Poor customer service which I hope you can rectify asap please
Hi Joy

Unfortunately this issue cannot be solved by us here at Our Glasgow, we have no control over events being rescheduled. Unfortunately you will have to take this complaint up directly with AGT Tickets. I have linked their Customer Services Page, so you can contact them. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Joanne
Yes, This is the one with Shane Richie. Currently Roy Haylock is playing the role of Hugo / Loco Chanelle until 8th January 2022. But Shane Richie is due to return after that. I hope that helps.
