GCAN Festive Gathering

Join us for an end of year social celebration at our Civic House hub on Thurs 1 Dec. Meet, mingle and be merry with fellow creatives!

Join us for a relaxed evening of food, refreshments, music and mingling!

We’re thrilled to invite you to this in person festive gathering in a relaxed and friendly setting. Freelancers and those working for smaller organisations don’t always have the chance to come along to a festive party and celebrate our hard work together so this is for you.

This will be a lovely opportunity to connect with fellow members, meet other creatives in Glasgow and enjoy the festive vibes together. We will provide food and drinks with vegan options and there will also be drinks including non-alcoholic options. These will be available until they run out so get in early for first dibs!

We’re teaming up with our Youth Arts division, the Bold Collective made up of emerging artists aged 16 – 24, who will be providing some Creative Entertainment. Musician and harpist Brèagha will be welcoming us in and Sophie, Kirsty and Laura will also be providing festive crafting activities for anyone who wants to take part.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are a seasoned creative or just at the beginning of your journey. Feel free to stay for the full event or drop-in /out as your commitments permit. Babies and children are welcome.

There will also be an opportunity to get your ideas across on ways we support our network in 2023.
