George Square Winterfest on Ice
Glisten and Glide into the festive period in the heart of Glasgow on our REAL ICE RINK! swap your shoes for skates and have some fun, set under a canopy of twinkling lights surrounded by the Christmas spirit in George Square, you can skate with us from 11am – 10pm daily!
Running from 23rd November 2024 – 5th January 2025.
Silverburn on Ice
Get your skates ready for a Christmas to remember at Silverburn on Ice.
Our first fully covered outdoor ice rink is here in the red car park until 5th January 2025*, offering a fun-filled experience on ice.
Whether you’re planning a family day out or something different for date night, come along and glide under the twinkling lights to great music that will get you fully into the festive spirit.
M&Ds on Ice
New for 2024….M&Ds on Ice is now undercover at M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park. Make memories with family and friends…the perfect festive day out!
Featuring an indoor Bavarian Bar, Churros unit, festive food and drinks and so much more. While here try out some of our festive rides and attractions too!
Paisley’s Ice Rink
As part of the festive celebrations in Paisley Town Centre this year we are proud to present the spectacular under-cover outdoor Ice Rink. The perfect family festive day out.
Featuring our themed bar and Christmas goodies with a selection of festive outdoor rides for the whole family to enjoy…so why not make a day of it!
Skating sessions last approx.. 45 minutes and start on the hour. Please arrive early to allow yourself plenty of time to prepare for the ice. Ice skates will be provided, for those smaller feet we have skate clips, so no one misses out.
A selection of skating aids will be available on the day, subject to availability from £3.00.
Remember to wrap up warm and please be mindful of other skaters.
Braehead Ice Centre
Located within Braehead Shopping Centre, Braehead Ice Centre is the best place in Central Scotland to enjoy ice skating this Autumn & Winter! Only a 10 minute drive from Glasgow City Centre, Braehead Ice Centre runs regular ice skating sessions along with classes, hockey clubs, themed nights, skating lessons and much much more.
The Time Capsule Ice Rink
All sessions run for 1 ½ hours.
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible person (aged 16yrs and over). Children under the age of 5, regardless of skating ability must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
A limited number of Penguin skating aids are available to help support and stabilise kids, these can be purchased at the reception. Please note that there is a maximum height requirement of 1.2m to use these.
Small skates are available that can go over shoes! Protective spike overshoes are not permitted during public skating sessions.
